The future of education is deeply resided in a combination of parents, society, friends, students and educators. As an educator, I believe that an effective, relevant, and exciting learning environment is necessary and vital to academic success. This vision of my educational philosophy has always inspired, motivated and challenged me to reach as many students as possible.

During the past 10 years of my career as an educator, I have been dedicating myself to monitoring student understanding as well as participating. There are many students who are not academically successful either because of a weak foundation or lack of motivation. Regardless of the diverse background, my role as a teacher will be to perform extraordinary tasks such as incorporating new techniques, curriculums and hands-on activities to capture students' attention and participation in order to enhance and accelerate the learning process. This approach is effective and useful when it comes to a classroom where conceptual learning and traditional teaching style are not widely applicable.

As one session is coming to an end and another session is about to begin, students potentially face a dramatic change to a new environment in terms of experiencing and adapting to a new teaching and learning style. These changes significantly affect students' knowledge, learning behavior, and critical thinking ability. I acknowledge that every classroom is different and every student has a different learning pace and background. Therefore, in classroom, I respect my students and always apply suitable approaches to develop the students' maximum potential. I feel that it is my responsibility to make my classroom a place where students can comprehend the difficult concepts regardless of the importance of grades.

Addressing the conceptual materials to various types of learners requires a tremendous amount of patience, new techniques in terms of efficiency and accuracy and self-confidence. Hence my ultimate goal as part of my educational philosophy is to reach as many students as possible even if I have to take an extra mile to get to the destination.

Education is the key to an individual's success. Therefore, my ultimate goal as an educator is not only to deliver a concise conceptual learning style but also to prepare a classroom where students are eager to gain knowledge and desire to achieve academic success.
