Mr. Runyons is originally from Columbus, Ohio. He moved to East L.A. / Alhambra twelve years ago. He has had the great pleasure of serving the students at Los Angeles International as a history instructor all four years of the schools existence.

His professional background includes a Bachelors degree in History from Ohio State University. He received his teaching credential at California State at Los Angeles and he will begin work on a Master's in Educational Leadership at Point Loma Nazarene University / Arcadia in October. Mr. Runyons has also traveled extensively. His travels include 48 of the 50 states, Mexico and Canada.
